Markus is experienced at destination development project management and Ryan is a PMP certified project manager. Together we have over 30 years of project management and support experience. We have been responsible for full life-cycle project management including planning projects, estimating effort, managing scope, dealing with issues, and managing people.  We have experience managing a wide variety of project types and project work streams including organizational change management, training, and deployment.

We are ‘hands-on’ project managers.  We take ownership, complete deliverables, and oversee the work of others.  We thoroughly review and provide constructive feedback on deliverables.  We value integrity, respect, and diversity.  We engage in issues and manage people.  We build partnerships with stakeholders and with third-party vendors.
