Mara established Feast of Fields, an annual festival in its 20th year promoting local food and wine artisans
She conceptualized a beach-side pop up restaurant in Placencia using open fire cooking exclusively designed to stimulate and close sales of a new hotel development.
Mara was consulting chef for Belize’s top performing luxury hotel owned by Francis Ford-Coppola. Trained and mentored local staff in leadership.
Her clients in the Okanagan include Summerhill Estate Vineyards and Frind Vineyards. She is currently developing the culinary concept and will be working with the opening team to set up the restaurant for success.
