BACKGROUND
BlueOcean Consulting is a Vancouver based consultancy focused on high potential destination development, driven by our clients’ needs for strategic planning and implementation expertise. Initially started in 2006 to provide hotel feasibility studies and strategic business planning for mixed use developments, including capital project and facility planning, the services soon expanded to offer pre-and post opening management, operationalizing business plans, seeking out strategic partnerships, recruitment, and financial system development.
BlueOcean Consulting was relaunched in 2018 with a renewed focus on destination stewardship, Indigenous Tourism development and geographic dispersion. In this rewarding line of work, BlueOcean Consulting is working with several First Nations and Indigenous-led organizations.
As a small consultancy we thrive on working in close partnership with other consultancies, Indigenous-led businesses, community partners and project stakeholders, including municipal and provincial governments to deliver successful projects.
