Markus was Initially engaged to consult on the hotel concept and business plan development for a waterfront boutique hotel. The contract expanded to include facility planning and pre- and post opening management services, including: implementation of financial, operational and sales and marketing plans; selection and coaching of the executive and management team; selection and integration of yield management and management information systems; and promotion of a value- based corporate culture.
